Appellant, R.R., was charged with the aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14. After a bench trial, the trial court found R.R. engaged in delinquent conduct and assessed punishment at five years’ confinement in the Texas Youth *733Commission with a possible transfer to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
