BAUER, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Grergi Prela requests review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the denial of his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the United Nations Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
BACKGROUND
