This is a bill in equity in which the plaintiffs allege that, as trustees under a deed from the Boston Water Power Company, they made a contract to sell a parcel of the land conveyed to them by the deed; that the contract purchaser refuses to accept a deed, on the ground that the plaintiffs cannot give a clear title by reason of a right in the land given by the corporation, the Boston Water Power Company, to the defendant, prior to the deed to the plaintiffs.
