LeRoy Nelson, Register of Deeds of Bur-leigh County, appeals from the judgment of the District Court of Burleigh County which ordered that a writ of mandamus issue.
The judgment ordering the writ required the Register of Deeds to fully record at length the deed of the petitioner, Richard P. Rausch, in “the hooks and records maintained for such instrument,” to “endorse upon said deed the number or letter designating the book of records in which the record of the instrument is made and the page upon which it is recorded,” and to “comply with all of the statutes and requirements…
