This is an original original proceeding instituted in this court by Liebmann Ice Company and Commercial Standard Insurance Company, hereafter referred to as petitioners, to review an award made by the State Industrial Commission in favor of Lawrence Moore, hereafter referred to as respondent. On the 20th day of July, 1938, the respondent was employed in delivering ice, when he sustained an accidental injury for which the award is made.
