This is a proceeding by certiorari in which defendant seeks reversal of an award by the department of labor and industry to plaintiff, as widow of Dennis Millaley, for his claimed accidental death while in the service of the defendant city as a policeman. The deputy commissioner who conducted the arbitration proceedings found plaintiff was not entitled to compensation, but on her appeal to the full board an order was made by two of the commissioners reversing the deputy’s decision and awarding her compensation “at the rate of $10 per week for a period of 300 weeks, less 13 weeks and 2 days,…
