This is an action of contract to recover a real estate broker’s commission. There was a verdict for the plaintiffs. The case comes before us on the defendant’s *329exceptions, the only one argued being an exception to the denial of a motion for a directed verdict.

The motion was denied rightly.

The evidence tended to show that the defendant offered to pay a commission to the plaintiffs for procuring a customer able, ready and willing to purchase real estate of the defendant upon the defendant’s terms.
