Plaintiff filed this action seeking to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by her at a social party held at a fraternity house owned by the defendant corporation. The plaintiff has appealed to this court from a judgment of involuntary nonsuit. We must decide if there is sufficient evidence from which the jury could have found that defendant Alumni Association was liable for the acts of the members of the local fraternity or for its failure to supervise those members. We find there is not and affirm.
