This is a suit instituted by Oscar Hatch-er in the district court of Oklahoma county, against the Plains Petroleum Corporation, a corporation, alleging in his petition: That the plaintiff and the defendant entered into an oral agreement by the terms of which plaintiff agreed to make a valuation of the properties in the Oklahoma City .oil field belonging to Plains Petroleum Corporation and E.
