JONES, Chief Justice.

This troubling estate case not only questions whether the Orphans’ Court of York County had jurisdiction to decide the issues in the instant case, but also questions the propriety of the executor’s actions in his representation of this estate. The appeal is from the decree of the Orphans’ Court of York County dismissing for lack of jurisdiction appellant’s petition for citation to show cause why the executor of the estate of Elnora J.
