This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining a general demurrer and dismissing *493the suit. The material facts appearing' from the record are these: Appellant,' hereafter called plaintiff, brought a suit^ in ejectment against appellee, hereafter; called defendant, in the superior court of Ware county, Ga., to recover certain described "property in Waycross, Ga.
