Suit in equity was brought by the appellants against the appellees to have the Taylor Grazing Act, 48 Stat. 1269, as amended, 43 U.S.C.A. § 315 et seq., declared unconstitutional, to have the regulations promulgated thereunder by the Secretary of the Interior declared null and void, and 'to restrain and enjoin the- defendants- from enforcing the provisions of the act “and/or” the said regulations, and to enjoin the defendant's “from in any manner interfering with the plaintiffs in the use of the vacant, unappropriated and unreserved public lands of the United States,…
