The case is peculiar, and for that reason tbe facts upon which tbe preliminary injunction was dissolved are pretty fully stated. Tbe essential allegations of tbe complaint are flatly denied in tbe answer, but that did not necessarily make it improper for tbe court to continue tbe preliminary injunction. Valley I. W. M. Co. v.
