Duckworth, Justice.
(After stating the foregoing facts.) The charge of the court on corroboration, complained of in special ground 1 of the motion for new trial, is not subject to the objections urged that there was no evidence on which to base it, and that it was confusing and misleading to the jury, harmful and prejudicial, and tended to impress the jury with the fact that there was such evidence of corroboration.
