COLEMAN, District Judge.

This is an interpleader proceeding instituted under the provisions of thei Federal Interpleader Act, 28 U.S.C.A. Sec. 41, Subd. 26. The jurisdictional and venue requirements of the statute are satisfied. The precise question now before the Court arises on a petition of three of the defendants, Roswell C. Mower, Dorothy M. Bergland, and Edward B. Mower, Jr., and answer of the plaintiff thereto, and involves the interpretation of an insurance policy issued by the plaintiff in the amount of $100,000 upon the life of one Arthur C. Mower, a resident of California, payable…
