Appellant, Edgurado Kennebrew, was convicted of malice murder and felony murder in the death of Eric Snowden.1 He was sen*401tenced to life in prison for the malice murder conviction and he appeals from the court’s denial of his motion for new trial. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
