This case presents the issue of whether conduct by law enforcement officers during a "knock and talk" at the defendant's home during the early morning hours coerced her into involuntarily consenting to a warrantless search of her home. Courtney Nicole Carpenter ("Defendant") appeals from her convictions for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
