Defendant appeals from the orders denying its motion in the alternative for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial. The plaintiff Huida Mattson sued defendant to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by defendant’s negligence. The plaintiff Rupert Mattson sued for the hospital and medical expenses he incurred in the care and treatment of his wife on account of her injuries..
