1. This is a suit on a fire-insurance policy to recover for the loss of á barn and its contents by fire. The defendant claims that the policy is void because of the existence of other and additional insurance coverage with another insurance company on the insured barn in violation of the provisions of the policy. The existence of this other and additional insurance coverage on the insured barn is unquestioned.
