Pursuant to his pleas, appellee was convicted by a special court-martial before a military judge alone, of attempting to sell government property, conspiracy to commit larceny of government property, suffering wrongful disposition of government property, larceny of government property, and housebreaking, in violation of Articles 80, 81, 108, 121, and 130, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 880, 881, 908, 921, and 930, respectively.
