ERROR TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. This was an action on the case brought in the’ Supreme Court of the District of - Columbia by Lewis H. McDade against the Washington and Georgetown Railroad Company, a District corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while employed by the company, as a blacksmith, in its shops in Georgetown. A motion was" filed in this case to dismiss the writ of error on the ground that the general term of the court below never acquired jurisdiction-of the case, and that, as a consequence thereof, this court is also without jurisdiction. In-connection with, the motion to dismiss there was also a motion to strike out the bill of exceptions. •
