| defendant, Raymond Daniel Lowrey, was charged by bill of information filed on August 9, 2016, with failure to comply with the conditions of supervised release, a violation of La.R.S. 15:561.7. On December 9, 2016, Defendant pled guilty to the offense, and was sentenced on February 14, 2017, to serve four years at hard labor. The sentence was to be served without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence and concurrently to any other sentence Defendant was subject to receiving.
