The issue before us is the proper construction, particularly as to description, of the following deed:

“For and in consideration of the public and private advantages and the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged I hereby convey unto the Gulf & Ship Island R. R. Co. a Right of Way across and over my land as follows: Being a piece of land across which the tracks of said railroad company are now laid.
