Rogers v. Morgan

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the Chancery Court of Wayne County, Mississippi, sustaining a demurrer filed by appellee to the original bill of appellant. The appeal was allowed to this Court by the chancery court to settle the principles of law involved. The Citizens National Bank of Meridian, Trustee of the S. O.
