The Scott-Burr Stores Corporation was sued by Mrs. Ida Foster for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on the 10th day of December, 1937. She was employed in the store or business house of the appellant in the city of Hope, Hempstead county, Arkansas. It was alleged that prior to the time of her injury she was strong and able-bodied, in good health, with steady nerves and that the injury she suffered had resulted in permanent physical disability to such an extent that she was then wholly incapacitated.
