The following facts are undisputed. On August 25, 1987, Joseph E and Cynthia Underwood executed a deed to secure debt to the Central Bank of Swainsboro (“Central Bank”). In May 1991, the Under-woods executed a second deed to secure debt to North American Financial Services (“North American”).
