1Per curiam
This action was commenced in the district court of Pottawatomie county, Okla., by Viola Pryor, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Cleve Pryor, against the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company, to recover damages for the death of her hus band while in the employ of the defendant. The trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence and dismissed the action, and the plaintiff appeals.
