HAMILTON, Presiding Judge.

Appellants, Darwin Price and Marilyn Price (hereinafter the Prices), appeal a judgment declaring a $130,000 promissory note executed by the Prices in favor of Respondents, American Bank of St. Louis (hereinafter the Bank), valid and enforceable. The trial court also declared the Deed of Trust securing the note a valid and enforceable lien on the Prices’ house. The trial court denied the Prices’ request for a permanent injunction and dissolved the temporary injunction enjoining foreclosure.
