This is an appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to appellant’s complaint and dismissing the complaint as failing to state a cause of action. Appellant, Comer Lumber and Supply Company, a supplier of oil well drilling materials, sued appellees, W. A. Gr. Woodward and others, joint owners of the working interest in an oil and gas lease, for supplies furnished to drill a well on the leased property.

Appellees demurred to appellant’s complaint, and the trial court sustained the demurrer and offered appellant additional time to amend its complaint. Appellant…
