Plaintiff Philomena Cindy Rinaldi (“Ri-naldi”) brings this action against her former employer Quality King Distributors, Incorporated (“Quality King”) for terminating her employment in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and for interfering with her rights under, and retaliating against her in violation of, the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”).
