Plaintiffs are the beneficiaries of a trust created by the will of their father, Daniel Best, deceased, pursuant to which the entire estate of said deceased was distributed to defendant Albert S. Weaver, as trustee, by a decree of distribution duly made and entered on January 6, 1925, by the Superior Court of Alameda County. The defendant Bank of California, National Association, was appointed cotrustee with Weaver by court order on October 24, 1928. The four plaintiffs, all of whom were past the age of majority at the death of their father, brought the present action to compel said trustees…
