Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Michigan; Arthur J. Tuttle, Judge. In the matter of the Ann Arbor Machine Corporation, bankrupt. The Boume-Euller Company, a creditor, appeals from an order denying its motion to vacate adjudication.

[1] This is an appeal from an order of the District Court denying the petition of a creditor of the bankrupt to set aside an adjudication of bankruptcy made upon voluntary petition. The order in question is not reviewable by appeal, but is subject to review only by petition to revise in matter of law, under section 24b of the act (Comp. St. § 9608). Brady v. Bernard (C. C.
