In this workmen’s compensation case the claimant was employed by the defendant as a weaver. On August 9, 1932, he sustained what seemed originally to be a slight injury to his hand, causing a blister on the middle finger, which subsequently became infected. The claimant entered into an agreement with the defendant on September 2, 1932, for the payment of compensation. On April 26, 1933, the parties executed a supplemental agreement, reciting therein that the claimant’s injury had finally resulted in the loss of the use of the right hand.
