PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, United States District Judge *13This matter comes before the Court on the motion [Dkt. No. 317] of dismissed plaintiffs for reconsideration of the Court's orders of dismissal. For the following reasons, the Court will grant the dismissed plaintiffs' motion and reinstate their claims.1 *14In their motion for reconsideration, the dismissed plaintiffs ask the Court to review, on the basis of new evidence, its prior orders dismissing a total of 663 plaintiffs from this case.2 The Court's orders, issued in 2008 and 2009, dismissed the 663 plaintiffs for their failures to respond to…
