At 10:45 A. M. on December 6, 1929, two men entered'the Dean Savings Bank in the County of Appanoose, and by force and arms perpetrated a robbery therein. Some time later one Ed. Caster was apprehended as one of the perpetrators. He pleaded guilty and was committed to the penitentiary. Later the defendant herein was apprehended as:the other perpetrator and was prosecuted therefor in this proceeding.
