MAXEY, District Judge.

This is a suit of trespass to try title, brought by the plaintiff against the defendants, in the district court of El Paso county, Tex., to recover a tract of land situated in said county. It is alleged in the original petition filed by the plaintiff in the state court that it, the city of Ysleta, is a municipal corporation in the county of El Paso and state of Texas, duly organized and incorporated under the laws of said state.
