GODDARD, District Judge.

This is a motion to vacate and set aside a judgment entered on the stipulation of the parties and for an order restoring the case to the trial calendar.

The complaint was filed on November 20, 1943, to recover $686.40 alleged to be due plaintiff as overtime pay, together with an equal amount as liquidated damages and counsel fee under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.
