This is an appeal from an order of the district court appointing a receiver. The suit in which the receiver was appointed is one instituted by the appellees on June 28, 1917, against appellants for the partition of real and personal property alleged to be owned by appellants and appel-lees in equal rights as the heirs of Clemence Van Grinderbeck, deceased.
