These are appeals from Orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri 1 issued on July 6, 2005, and February 6, 2006, in which the court granted the Debtors’ Motions to Amend their Chapter 13 Plan. After oral argument in these appeals, Appellant Tina Livestock Sales, Inc., filed a Dismissal of Appeal in Case No. 05-6041, requesting that we deny as withdrawn or moot all actions pending on appeal and that we dismiss the appeal.
