Plaintiff-Appellant Vadonna Pipiles (“Pi-piles”) appeals from a judgment entered, after a bench trial, in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, John T. Curtin, Judge, dismissing her complaint alleging various violations of the Pair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692o (1982 & Supp. V 1987) (the “FDCPA”), by defendant-appellee the Credit Bureau of Lock-port, Inc.
