ORDER
JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.
One of the defendants in this case, Sun-com Mobile & Data, Inc., filed for bankruptcy on February 4, 2000, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. On February 8, the defendants filed in this Court a Notice of Stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a), which was followed by an opposition and reply.
