Before the Court are both the original motion and the supplemental motion filed by the Debtor, Richard B. Vance and Company (DEBTOR), to show cause and for damages against Raquel C. Nunez-Valdes (“RAQUEL”) and her attorneys, Allan J. Fedor (“FEDOR”) and Richard R. Logs-don (“LOGSDON”), for pursuing, postpetition and without stay relief, an arbitration proceeding which was instituted against the DEBTOR and Robert F.
