James Campbell sued the City of McDonough (“City”) for breach of his employment agreement (“Agreement”), seeking to recover specified severance benefits and attorney fees under OCGA § 13-6-11. After a trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Campbell on his breach of contract claim in the sum of $75,585.80 and found in favor of the City on Campbell’s claim for attorney fees.
