The appellants, Ronald Gay and Wylma Cooley (appellants), appeal from a Superi- or Court order directing the distribution of assets under two trusts. This case originated when the petitioner, Fleet National Bank (Fleet), petitioned the Superior Court for instructions about the proper distribution of assets under three trusts, for which it serves as trustee.
