| Appellants, St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center and Catholic Health Initiatives (“St. Vincent”),1 bring this interlocutory appeal from the circuit court’s order granting appellees’, Edgar and Clara Shelton’s, motion to strike appellants’ third-party complaint against GGNSC North Little Rock LLC d/b/a Golden LivingCenter-North Little Rock (“Golden Living”).2 On appeal, appellants argue that the circuit court erred in striking the third-party complaint and in failing to allow an assessment of fault of Golden Living, who had been dismissed from |?the action after…
