Petitioner, convicted of forgery, unsuccessfully appealed, and now in the penitentiary, contends the information did not state a cause of action, for three reasons.
An information may be sufficient to support a judgment attacked by habeas corpus, even though it might have been held insufficient on demurrer, motion in arrest of judgment, or on appeal.
