—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Joshua Joffe and Debbie Joffe appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Driscoll, J.), dated March 18, 1998, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed, with costs, and the plaintiffs motion is denied.
