George Lada, Tommy Orr, Mark Auk, and Tony Auk appeal their jury convictions for conspiracy to violate the Dyer Act and for substantive violations of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2312, 2313. The appellants raise a number of issues on appeal: (1) whether the district court abused its discretion in refusing to allow defense counsel to cross-examine a government witness on certain matters; (2) whether the district court abused its discretion in refusing to order the government to disclose a prior statement of a non-testifying witness; (3) whether the district court…
