Indo-European Foods, Inc., a California corporation (“Indo-California”), sued Indo European Foods, Inc., a Texas corporation, Shoukry Qaddura, and Issam Qaddu-ra (collectively “Indo-Texas”), and Jamal Qaddura for breach of a settlement agreement. After a- bench trial, the district court rendered judgment in favor of Indo-California, granting a permanent injunction and awarding damages and attorney’s fees.
