STUART, Justice.

Plaintiff, 64, and defendant, 67, entered into an antenuptial contract in contemplation of plaintiff’s third marriage and defendant’s second marriage. Both parties had living children by the previous marriages. The contract provided for plaintiff to pay the expenses of the home and support defendant. Defendant agreed to perform the wifely duties. Each waived all dower rights in the other’s property and agreed to sign all papers necessary to convey any property.
